Catholic Charities, 'Walk for Life'

My Dad signed up to walk the Catholic Charities, 'Walk for Life' to help aid single mom's in baby supplies and support to raise their children on their own...as well as spreading awareness for the "Respect Life" organization. It is a great cause, and something close to our heart, especially as we are raising our own little family. I was quite involved in this organization in College and prior to moving to Orlando in 2005. It is nice to start to get back involved with this great cause! Caitlin went on the walk with Grandpa & Daddy. I think they all enjoyed themselves.

Wicked

For our Anniversary, Roger surprised me with an 'early' present. He took me to see the wonderful musical, 'Wicked'. It was AMAZING! Even Roger enjoyed it. The sets, the actors, the music...everything! I can't even express it fully in words. For those of you that don't know the story, it is about the relationship between Glinda the good witch and the Wicked Witch of the West while they were in finishing school. It was such a great story...and so captivating! If you ever have a chance to see it, GO!!! It was a great Anniversary gift...extra points to the Hubby for a great Anniversary gift!

Lunch with Family

Roger's Great Aunts & Uncles came to Tampa to visit on Saturday afternoon. We met at our house and then went out for lunch. Those in attendance were, Aunt Eunice & Uncle Jim O'Herrick; Uncle Gil & Aunt Lynn Holtzman; Aunt Doris & Uncle Rick Cunningham; Cousin Jessie (O'Herrick). We had a lovely time and really enjoyed seeing them all. They were visiting Aunt Doris and Uncle Rick who live about an hour north of us, in the Villages, FL.

Happy Birthday, Roger!

Happy Birthday, Roger! We celebrated Roger's first birthday as a Daddy! It was a great day. He came home at 4pm, got Caitlin, and played with her until I finished my work day. Then we got ready and went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. We were going to do pizza and wings, his favorite, however, his boss surprised him with that for lunch in the office today. So, he was able to enjoy another favorite, STEAK! We had a lovely dinner, and Caitlin was a 'ham' as always. Smiling at all the male servers and male patrons at the restaurant...she doesn't care for the ladies...it is all about the men! Lord, help us! Then, after dinner, we came home and had cake! Caitlin, only a touch of icing, and then off to bed. Daddy and Mommy got to enjoy the yummy chocolate cake! It is a birthday he will always remember...his first, as a Daddy!

29 Weeks...9 weeks to go!

29 Weeks...and counting. We are set to deliver this little one on Monday, April 5, 2010. this is a scheduled C-Section. So, let's hope everything goes as planned. I am starting to feel VERY large and tired. I am however, enjoying all of the kicks and movement. It makes me smile. Caitlin still can't figure out why Daddy keeps kissing Mommy's belly...he looks silly! ha ha!

This was me at 28 weeks with Caitlin, December 2008. Any comparison!? :)

Date Night

We took advantage of Mom & Dad Sivula watching Caitlin for a few hours on Friday night, while we went to the beach for a nice dinner and a walk in the sand. It was perfect. Of course we missed seeing Caitlin at the end of the day, but it was so nice to just be together, the two of us. Thanks Mom & Dad!
